Who this article is for: CleverCards Cardholders who want to change the email address linked to their account.

What your email address is used for

This is the email address CleverCards has on file for your account. It's linked to your card, so it's also how we recognise you if you get in touch with us by email. It's separate from the phone number you use to log into the CleverCards App, so updating it does not affect your login.

You log into the CleverCards App with your phone number and 4-digit PIN, not with an email address.

How to update your email address

Open the CleverCards App.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Personal Information from the menu.
Tap your current email address, clear it, enter your new email address, and tap Update Email Address.
Enter your PIN to confirm the change.
You will receive a verification email at the new address.

The change only takes effect once you confirm it by clicking the link in the verification email sent to your new address.
