Viewing your cards, balance and transactions in the app – CleverCards Help Centre

Who this article is for: CleverCards Cardholders who want to check their cards, balance, transactions or statements in the CleverCards App.

Finding your cards

There are two tabs at the bottom of the App. Personal holds cards for personal use, such as an Employee Benefit Card. Business holds cards for business spending, such as a Business Card. Whichever tab your card appears in tells you which type of card you have.

Log into the CleverCards App
Tap Personal or Business at the bottom of the screen
Every card linked to your account in that category is listed

Checking your balance

Your balance is shown in the top right corner of the card. Tap the card to see a detailed list of your transactions.

Viewing your card details

Your card details are your 16-digit card number, expiry date and CVV, which you need when paying online.

Log into the CleverCards App
Tap the Business or Personal tab and select your card
Tap Show details
To copy your card number, tap the two small squares beside it
Tap Hide details when you are finished

Viewing your transactions

Log into the CleverCards App
Tap the Business or Personal tab and select your card
Scroll down to see all transactions made with that card
Tap a transaction to see its full details, and to add a receipt, notes or accounting codes
Tap the arrow in the top left when you are finished

Downloading a statement

Log into the CleverCards App
Tap the Business or Personal tab and select your card
Tap More, shown as three dots, and select Extract Statement
Choose the format, PDF or Excel, and the date range
Tap Download, then Open statement
