How do I turn on/off push notifications on the CleverCards app? – CleverCards Help Centre

Who this article is for: CleverCards Cardholders who want to control the alerts they receive from the CleverCards App.

What push notifications are for

Push notifications are the alerts sent to your phone by the CleverCards App, for example to flag a transaction or a security event on your card. You can switch these on or off from within the app.

Turning notifications on or off

Log into the CleverCards App.
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
Under Communication preferences, you will see the toggle for push notifications.
Select the status you want, on or off.

If you have switched notifications on but are not receiving them

The in-app toggle only controls whether the app tries to send notifications, it does not override your phone's own settings.

If notifications are on in the app but you are still not seeing them, check that notifications are also allowed for the CleverCards App in your phone's system settings.
