I have not received my refund

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please reach out to the merchant first as they will be best able to advise on the status of the refund, and may be able to provide a timeframe. 

Refunds tend to take between 3-10 business days, but it can take up to 30 days depending on the company issuing the refund.
