If you haven’t received your refund yet, please reach out to the merchant first as they will be best able to advise on the status of the refund, and may be able to provide a timeframe.
Refunds tend to take between two and five business days, but it can take up to 30 days depending on the company issuing the refund.
If you have not received your refund by the time the merchant advised, please contact CleverCards Customer Support and we will look into this further for you.
