How do I use my CleverCard?

Once activated, your CleverCard can be used either from your Mobile Wallet or by entering the card details online. 

• Activate your card after receiving your CleverCard and add it to your Mobile Wallet to use it in-store.
• If paying in-store, you can pay via Google Pay/Apple Pay by tapping your phone to the payment terminal.
  • • Should you be asked to enter a PIN, this is the PIN to your phone and not to the CleverCards app.
• If paying online, enter the card details in the payment section of the website.
  
  • • The card details are visible in the CleverCards app - log into your account through the app, using your phone number and the 4-digits PIN you set up during activation.
