Unfortunately no, we are unable to reverse a pending transaction, as the transaction has been authorised and we have to wait for the merchant to process the payment.
We are unable to stop a pending transaction, as the funds are already being sent for processing. A Pending transaction can only be reversed if the merchant declines the transaction or if the merchant doesn’t process the payment within 7 days.
If you don’t recognise the Pending transaction or if you would like to dispute it, you will be able to do so only after it is fully settled.
