When using your CleverCard to complete an online payment, you will be asked to complete 3DS authentication to confirm you are the owner of the card and that nobody else is trying to impersonate you.
To complete a 3DS authentication, you will be asked to enter 2 codes.
- The first one is a 6-digits one time password (OTP) you will receive via SMS
- The second one is the 4-digits PIN you use to log into the app
- You would have set up this PIN when activating the card

Enter these two codes on the indicated sections on the website to complete your authentication.
If you don’t receive the OTP via SMS, try to resend it a couple of times, and if it still doesn’t come through, reach out to our customer support for further assistance.
