If you paid by bank transfer, the processing time depends on your bank, and we are unable to influence how long it takes for the funds to reach us. Typically, it takes approximately 24 to 48 hours for the funds to process and appear in your account. Please ensure you included the correct payment reference, as missing or incorrect details may delay processing.
Your balance will be topped up once we receive your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when the funds arrive, and you can then issue CleverCards to your employees.
