What fees do I pay when placing an order for Business Cards/Employee Benefit cards?

When you place an order for Business Cards or Employee Benefit cards, the following fees apply:

• Handling Fee: A 2% handling fee is charged on the total order value. The handling fee covers the processing and management of your order.
• VAT: 23% VAT applies to orders within Ireland. Orders placed from outside Ireland are exempt from VAT.

If paying by card, please note that these payments incur processing fees, which are driven by card network processing fees and the payment providers.

Until now, CleverCards has been absorbing these fees, but unfortunately, we can no longer continue to do so. CleverCards does not make any revenue from this fee; it is simply passed on to cover the charges we incur. You can continue to use bank transfer, which is still free of charge, as an alternative payment option to avoid these fees.

The above fees applies to both Business Cards and Employee Benefit Cards.

If you plan to issue multiple cards in different currencies, you'll need to set up an account for each currency.
