Can you delete my business account?

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we are required to retain your information on file for up to 8 years. This legal obligation overrides the 'right to be forgotten' under GDPR. After the 8-year period, all relevant account information will be securely deleted.

If you’d like to close your business account and remove access, this can be arranged upon request.

If you have not placed any orders with CleverCards, we can delete your business account and data.
