If you’ve accidentally deleted the email containing your CleverCard, you can start by checking your email’s Trash or Deleted Items folder. Search for "CleverCards," and if you find the email, move it back to your inbox.
If the email is no longer in your Trash, contact the person that sent you the CleverCard email (e.g. your manager/HR team) and ask them to resend it which they can do from our self-service platform.
