How do I reset my PIN?

When accessing the CleverCards app, input the 6-digit one-time password received via WhatsApp. 

Then you will be prompted to enter the 4-digit PIN.

Choose the "Forgot Your Account PIN?" option. You'll then receive an email with instructions to reset your PIN.

If you have Biometrics (face or fingerprint ID) enabled, you'll need to disable it first. After disabling, log back into the CleverCards app to access the PIN screen.
