I'm not receiving a 6 digit code to login

When trying to log in, if you do not receive your 6 digit Passcode, after 30 seconds, a resend code link will appear.

Clicking on this will give 3 options;

1. SMS
2. WhatsApp
3. Automated call

Please take note that if there are 5 unsuccessful attempts, a waiting period of 10 minutes will be required before another retry is possible.
