Freezing your card allows you to temporarily deactivate it, preventing unauthorized transactions. When needed, you can easily unfreeze your card to resume usage.
How to Freeze Your Card:
- Open the CleverCards app or portal and log in using your credentials.
- Select the card you wish to freeze from your dashboard or card list.
- Tap the “Freeze Card” button.
- Confirm your action when prompted.
- You will see a confirmation message indicating the card is now frozen.
How to Unfreeze Your Card:
- Log in to your CleverCards account and locate the frozen card.
- Tap the “Unfreeze Card” button.
- Confirm your action to reactivate the card. A success message or icon will show the card is active again.
If you freeze your card and cannot see the Unfreeze Card button, refresh the app and it will appear under the frozen card.
