If your CleverCard has been locked, this has been done to safeguard your account.
There are three types of locks:
• Incorrect PIN attempts – The card will be locked for 10 minutes.
• Incorrect one-time password attempts – The card will be locked for 24 hours.
• Suspected fraud – For security, please contact our Customer Support team who will assist you further.

If your card has been locked due to suspected fraud, you can contact us on support@clevercards.com or via the chat service (bottom right of www.clevercards.com).
