If your CleverCard has been locked, this has been done to safeguard your account.
There are three types of locks:
• Incorrect PIN attempts - The card will be locked for 10 minutes.
• Incorrect one-time password attempts - The card will be locked for 24 hours.
• Suspected fraud - the card will remain locked.

If your card has been locked due to suspected fraud, please let us know so we can investigate further.
