When your card has reached zero balance, we will keep it active for 90 days, to allow you to access your transaction history.
After the 90 days, the card will be removed from the app. We won’t be able to fully close your account, as we are required as per the anti-money laundering regulations to hold your information on file for up to 8 years. This obligation overrides the ‘right to be forgotten’ established by the GDPR Regulation.
If you wish to remove the spent card from your app before the 90 days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
