Can I have a physical card?

CleverCards is solely an online card provider and does not issue physical cards. 

You need to have a phone that supports either Apple Pay or Google Pay to activate your card, check the details of the card, and make purchases.

If you can’t use a digital card, you will have to reach out to the entity/person that issued you the card to find an alternative solution.
