Can I top-up / recharge my card?

As CleverCards are prepaid cards, the balance cannot be recharged/topped up.

However, if you have another CleverCard(s), the card(s) can be merged into one with a combined balance. Please note there is a fee for merging CleverCards. To merge your cards, please reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist.
