Changing the number associated with your CleverCard is not possible since the account activation and card’s security is directly linked to it. However, you can request a replacement card. This is the issuing of a new card linked to the new number with the same balance. You will need to provide the following data:
- Full name
- Phone number registered to the current card.
- Postcode registered to the current card.
- Date of birth.
Note that in order to replace a card, the running balance cannot be lower than €5 or £5.
