Handling fee

A 2% handling fee applies to card payments used to fund your account or place an order.

Our 2% handling fee on Business Cards and Employee Benefit cards is essential for covering the operational work required to process each order. While these products may be digital, creating and delivering them involves thorough order management, security verifications, card network processing fees, compliance checks, and seamless integration with our systems. These steps ensure your product is ready for business use and meets all quality standards.

Corporate card fee

An additional 2% fee applies if you pay using a corporate card. This does not apply to personal cards or bank transfers.

Bank transfer

There is no fee for adding funds by bank transfer.
