This is entirely temporary.
We use a third-party service provider to convert CleverCard Tokens into digital cards. That provider is currently experiencing a temporary technical issue, which means card activation is paused.
We are working to complete this transition as quickly as possible. We are not in a position to give an exact date right now, but we will communicate with you as soon as conversions resume. We expect to have CleverCard Token conversions up and running again in the next two weeks.
When the service resumes, you'll hear from us directly.
Until then, there's nothing you need to do.
