Has CleverCards shut down?

Absolutely not! Your CleverCard is safe. We use a third-party service provider to convert CleverCard Tokens into digital cards. 

That provider is currently experiencing a temporary technical issue, which means card activation is paused. 

We expect to have CleverCard Token conversions up and running again in the next two weeks. 

When the service resumes, you'll hear from us directly. Until then, there's nothing you need to do.
