We have recently completed the migration of our platform to Stripe and have informed all our business customers of this.
As part of our integration with Stripe, we are required under EU regulations to complete a Know Your Business (KYB) online verification for the business who purchased your CleverCard, before you can activate your CleverCard into a Digital Visa Card. This is a standard regulatory requirement. The link to this online business verification will be emailed to them very shortly.
Once the business has completed their online verification, you will be able to activate your CleverCard into a Digital Visa Card, which you can use to spend online or in-store with your mobile contactlessly, via Apple Pay or Google Pay, anywhere in the world.
