You’ll receive a purchase confirmation email from support@clevercards.com containing all the details of your order. Keep this email safe, as it includes information you’ll need to manage your orders. Your payment will appear as CleverCards on your bank statement.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will appear as a draft in the Business Portal, where you can add recipients and send cards when you’re ready. In some cases, Know Your Business (KYB) verification may need to be completed before you can send cards.
