- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal.
- Log in using your email address and secure password.
- Navigate to 'Draft Orders' under 'Employee Benefits'.
- Click 'Create a new order' if you are starting a new order, or select the draft order you wish to edit the email for.
- Customise the email by entering your own 'Subject Line' and 'Email Header'.
- Once satisfied with your changes, click 'Create'.
Please note that the image on the front of the CleverCard cannot be customised. The card's design will depend on the type of card issued: a purple CleverCard for Employee Benefit cards and a black CleverCard for Business cards.
