If you need to update the details of the recipient of an Employee Benefits Card (e.g emails address, name), or just need to resend the card, follow these steps:
- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal.
- Log in using your email address and secure password.
- Navigate to Employee Benefits > Completed Orders.
- Select the order you want to edit.
- Search for recipient by name, email or card amount.
- Under “actions”, click "Edit & Resend".
- Enter the new details of the recipient of the CleverCard and click "Send".
- The "Status" will now show as "Resent".
If the recipient's inbox is full, you can resend the email when they have storage space and it will deliver the same card to the recipient. You can also edit the email address if they prefer to receive the card at a different address.
