If you encounter a "Unable to Send Cards" pop-up while attempting to send CleverCards to your employees, it could be due to:
A. Incomplete registration
To complete registration:
- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal.
- Log in using your email address and secure password.
- Navigate to your "Dashboard".
- Look for a yellow box at the top prompting you to "Complete your CleverCards account registration".
- Click on "Complete".
- Follow the prompts in the new window to finish registration.
- Registration will be complete within 24 hours.
B. Insufficient funds
Simply proceed to payment by clicking "Complete Payment".
