Can I top up/reload my employee's previous Employee Benefit card?

Employee Benefit cards can’t be topped up as the card is single-use and fixed-value, which means once the balance has been added, it cannot be increased or reloaded.

You will need to issue a new Employee Benefit card from the Business Portal.
