What information is useful for a declined transaction error dispute?

To report an error on a transaction please contact our Customer Support team on support@clevercard.com and provide them with the following transaction details: 

• Date.
• Time of the transaction.
• Amount.
• Place of purchase.
• Screenshot of where the error is showing on the app. (If possible)
