What to do if I notice a fraudulent transaction?

If you become aware of a fraudulent transaction on your CleverCard, inform our team immediately. 

Also, provide the following details available on the app:

• Date of the transaction.
• Amount of the purchase.
• Place of the transaction. (if possible)

 Our team will do everything in our power to provide a solution for these events.
