How is my personal information protected during the KYC process?

CleverCards stores customers' information in secure databases and data directories.

For customer identity documents that are sent to CleverCards support by email, the emails are routed to the dedicated members of Operations and Compliance staff, the information is reviewed, and the identity documents are transferred to CleverCards secure data directories, before finally, the emails and its attachments are permanently deleted.
