Who this article is for: Businesses who want to know how much they can order through the Online Shop and for how many people.
Order value limit
Online Shop orders are capped at €30,000 per order. If you need to send more than this in a single order, use a Business Portal account instead, which supports higher-value and bulk orders. See Creating a Business Portal account.
Card and order amounts
Each card can be loaded with any amount between €10 and €5,000. The minimum order value is €25.
Multiple cards in one order
You can purchase up to 50 cards for different recipients in a single Online Shop order, up to the €30,000 total order value.
Adding recipients
Recipients are added after payment, from your order in My Orders, not during checkout.
