If you're not receiving your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) verification code or the code isn’t working, try the steps below to resolve the issue quickly.
1. Check All Email Folders
Verification emails can sometimes be filtered by your email provider. Make sure to check:
- Inbox
- Spam
- Junk
- Promotions or Other folders (if applicable)
2. Keep Code Validity in Mind
Each verification code is valid for 30 minutes.
If you request a new code, all previously issued codes are cancelled and will no longer work.
To avoid confusion, use the most recent code you received.
3. Try an Incognito/Private Browsing Window
Browser cookies or cached data can occasionally interfere with the login process.
To rule this out:
- Open an incognito/private window in your browser.
- Go to the login page.
- Request a new MFA code.
- Open your email inbox also in incognito/private mode to retrieve the code.
