If you forgot your Business Portal password:
- Select "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- If there's an account associated with that email address, you will receive an email with a verification code.
- Enter the verification code as indicated on the reset password form
- Create a new password
- Click on Reset Password
Note: If this is the first time you are trying to log into your account, you should have received a temporary password in your inbox. You have to use that temporary password first, before you can set up a new one.
If you don't receive the email with the verification code:
- Make sure the email you used is associated with an account.
- Make sure you already activated your account by using the temporary password sent to your inbox when you created the account.
- Check your spam inbox.
