Should you need to, you can freeze Business Cards directly through the CleverCards Business Portal.
To Freeze a Card:
- Log in to the CleverCards Business Portal.
- Go to Business Expenses > Cards.
- Click View Details on the card you want to freeze.
- Click the Actions button and select Freeze Card.
Note: The cardholder will see in the app that their card is frozen and must contact their administrator for assistance. They cannot unfreeze the card themselves.
To Unfreeze a Card:
- Follow the same steps as above.
- In the Actions menu, select Unfreeze Card.
