How do I view and action Reload Requests in the Business Portal?
- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal.
- Log in using your email address and secure password.
- Navigate to 'Reload Request'.
- Select the relevant reload request.
- Click 'Reject' if you do not approve.
- Click 'Reload Funds' if you approve.
- You can reload the amount requested by the employee or a select a different amount of your choosing.
- If you have enough 'Available Balance' in your account to complete the refund, the funds will be instantly added to your employee's CleverCard.
