You can cancel a business card only if the card has not been activated yet. If the card status is "Issued", follow these steps to cancel it.
- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal.
- Log in using your email address and secure password.
- Navigate to Cards > Business Cards.
- Here you can search by Cardholder Name.
- Click on “View Details”.
- Select Actions > Unload Card.
- Enter in a note and click “Unload”.
The card status will be changed to Cancel and the funds from the card will be added back into your account.
If the card was activated already, unload the funds, but to cancel it fully reach out to the customer support team.
