I used CleverCards last year, why do I have to provide documentation now?

If you used CleverCards last year and we sent orders on your behalf, you now have the option to use our business portal to send orders directly.

To enable this, you'll need to complete the KYB (Know Your Business) process. This step allows us to verify your account and provide secure access to the portal.
