If you have not received your CleverCard via email:
- Check your spam or junk folder, the email might have ended up there.
- Search your inbox for an email from support@clevercards.com
- Contact the sender to confirm they used the correct email address and ask them to resend the card.
- If the sender has sent the email to your correct address but you still haven't received it, your email provider may have settings in place that are preventing delivery. Please provide the sender with an alternative email address that you can access.
