While the majority of cards will be instantly activated and ready to use, there might be situations when your card will need to be manually activated by a dedicated team.
If a card requires manual review, it can take up to 48 hours to be activated.
Please note that our dedicated team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30pm. If you activated the card over the weekend, it will be reviewed and activated the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Before you reach out to customer support, please check the following:
- You have the latest version of the CleverCards app.
- You have the latest operating system for your phone.
- Try deleting and re-downloading the app.
If these steps don't solve the issue, and it has been more than 48 hours since you activated the card, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
