We aim to review new applications within 24 hours. If your application is received during working hours Monday to Friday, and we have received accurate and complete information, your account should be activated within a couple of hours.
The following reasons can and will delay the application:
- The application is submitted over the weekend or outside of working hours
- The application is incomplete - We are missing an ID, or missing directors information
If we are missing information, we will reach out to the applicant via email. The application will be pending until we receive the details we need to continue our evaluation.
