If you have just received a CleverCard and you want to activate it, but when you click on the link you are prompted to log in using your phone number and you see the message "Phone number not recognised. Is the number you provided correct?", it means this link has already been activated, either by you using a different phone number or by someone else.
This usually happens when the sender of the card has mistakenly send the same card to two different people, or if you share your inbox with a colleague, they might have activated the wrong card. If this situation applies to you, please reach out to customer support, so they can take a look at the link and advise you on next steps.
