If you received a CleverCard and want to activate it, but when you click on the link and are prompted to log in using your phone number, you see the message "Phone number not recognised. Is the number you provided correct?", it means this link has already been activated, either by you using a different phone number or by someone else.
This usually happens when the sender of the card has mistakenly sent the same card to two different people, or if you share your inbox with a colleague, they might have activated the wrong card.
If this situation applies to you, please contact the sender of the CleverCard for clarification.
