How do I add a Department Code?

To add a Department Code using the CleverCards Business Portal:

• Go to the CleverCards Business Portal.
• Log in using your email address and secure password.
• Navigate to Department Codes.
• Download the CSV template.
• Fill in the Department Code list in the CSV file.
• Upload the completed CSV file.
• Alternatively, add individual Department Codes directly in the Portal.

To add a Department Code using the CleverCards app:

• Log in to the CleverCards app.
• Click the 'Business' tab at the bottom of the screen to view all your Business Cards.
• Select the Business Card to which you want to add the account code.
• Select the transaction you wish to add the account code to.
• Choose 'Department Code'.
• Choose a code from the list or search for the code and select it.
