Can't log into the CleverCards app?
Before anything else, try a quick refresh of the app itself:
- Delete the app from your phone
- Restart your phone
- Re-download the app from the App Store or Google Play
If that doesn't resolve it, there are a few other reasons you might be having trouble logging in.
You haven't activated your card yet
If you received a CleverCard token by email, you need to convert it to a physical or digital card and activate it before you can access the app. Check your email for the activation instructions and complete those steps first.
You're entering the wrong PIN or password
If you've forgotten your PIN or password, use the "Forgot PIN" or reset option on the login screen. Check that caps lock isn't on if entering a password.
