If you can’t access your account through the CleverCards app, you might not have the latest version of the app. Try the following troubleshooting first:
- Delete the app
- Turn your phone off an on again
- Download the app again
If these steps don’t solve the issue, then the problem might lay somewhere else.
There might be different reasons why you can't log into the CleverCards app.
Here are a couple of scenarios that might explain this issue:

You received a CleverCard but have not activated it yet

If you received an email with a CleverCard, you have to activate it before you can log into the app. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your card
- Once you activated the card, go to the CleverCards app and log in using the phone number you entered during activation

- You want to create a CleverCards account
- In order to have access to the CleverCards app, you first have to activate a CleverCard. You won't be able to create an account through the app.
- If you don't have an active CleverCard under your phone number, you won't be able to login
- You activated your CleverCard using a different phone number
- When logging into the app, you must make sure you are entering the phone number associated with your active CleverCard.
- Also, make sure you are selecting the correct country code.
- You have not completed the identification process
- When you log in for the first time, you might be asked to upload a copy of your ID. To access your CleverCards you will need to complete the identification process.
- If you can't complete the identification process through the app, reach out to our customer support to complete a manual identification
