Digital, not physical
CleverCards purchased from the Online Shop are digital cards, issued instantly by email. Physical cards are not available through this channel.
Choosing when cards are sent
After payment, you receive a secure link to log in and add your recipients. You can add recipient details and send cards whenever you are ready, you are not required to send them immediately after payment.
Tracking your order
You can track the status of each card, including whether it has been sent and activated, from the My Orders dashboard using the same secure link.
