1. Create an Account Before Ordering
To issue CleverCards, you’ll need to create an account with us. This will give you access to your own Business Portal, where you can create and issue CleverCards for your employees. The portal also empowers you to self-serve and manage your funds, giving you full control over your card issuance and budget allocation.
- To ensure that your account is verified and payment is received before Christmas, please complete your sign-up and submit all required documentation by December 20th.
- If you already have an active account with available funds, you can issue CleverCards at any time, even on Christmas Day.
2. Account Verification Required
As per AML regulations, all new accounts must be verified. Please allow up to 24 hours for verification to be completed. We recommend creating your account as early as possible to avoid any delays during the busy Christmas season.
3. Digital Cards Only
We specialise in digital cards only, ensuring a swift and eco-friendly way to gift your employees. Physical cards are not available through our service.
