What are the fees when purchasing CleverCards?

When issuing Business Cards or Employee Benefit Cards, it’s important to be aware of the associated fees, which vary based on the currency of the order:

• Euro Orders:

  • A handling fee of 2% is applied to the total order amount.
  • VAT of 23% is applied to the handling fee.

• GBP and USD Orders:
  • A handling fee of 2% is applied to the total order amount.
  • VAT is not applicable for these currencies.

If paying by card, please note that these payments incur processing fees, which are driven by the card companies (Visa and Mastercard) and the payment providers.

Until now, CleverCards has been absorbing these fees, but unfortunately, we can no longer continue to do so. CleverCards does not make any revenue from this fee; it is simply passed on to cover the charges we incur. You can continue to use bank transfer, which is still free of charge, as an alternative payment option to avoid these fees.

The above fees applies to both Business Cards and Employee Benefit Cards.
