CleverCard tokens are available to all EEA residents. Due to regulatory requirements, we cannot support residents of Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Congo Democratic Republic, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar/Burma, Nicaragua, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen or Zimbabwe.
If the recipient's nationality is one of the restricted countries, but they are resident in a different country, then they can still receive a card.
These restrictions are in place to comply with legal regulations.
