What happens after you issue your order
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email from [email protected] confirming your CleverCards have been sent to the recipients.
The email includes an Order Summary showing:
the order number
the number of CleverCards ordered
the total amount, which is the combined value loaded onto the cards
the total paid, which is the total amount plus any fees
It also has a button that takes you to your Business Portal, where you can view the full order details at any time.
Each recipient will separately receive their own card email.
