How secure is the Tax Card by CleverCards for large payments?

The Tax Card by CleverCards is restricted to only work on revenue.ie. It is blocked and will not work on any other online site or at any point of sale.

The Tax Card by CleverCards is also protected by 3D Secure meaning like many online payments, the payment must be authorised by the cardholder entering a 3D secure code which will be sent by text to the mobile phone number associated with the CleverCards Tax Mastercard cardholder. This ensures that even if someone else on your team is making the payment, you remain in full control, enabling the cardholder to authorise Mastercard to allow that Mastercard number to be used on Revenue online for that payment amount.
